Indian Hookah rural culture

hookah-Nowadays it became rare to see Hookah. Its in our culture since long time.Hookah is equipment for tobacco smoking, popular in last generation in villages.

In many casts it is used for respect of guests. Old men in village will not like if Hookah haven’t served with proper way. Marriage, Party or other function They gathered in group of 5-7 people, they will take Hookah in mid & start talking about different different topics.

Specially in winter season people of village sit around Kau (people sitting around fire using as heater in home), they have Hookah with them. They discuss many topics.

Many people fix their relations during Hookah, They are relatives sit around & decide all it. Although this culture in villages is going to be lapse. Still many families, Joint families having this tradition continue. There grandson have to serve Hookah to Grandfather everyday.

Having Hookah continue old men gives many useful values to child. They all give speech over values & tradition, current situations of society. They talk about many religious topics during smoking with Hookah. Sometimes they talk about their own family problems, other issues etc.

Although Smoking can’t be justified, but there is many things which is valuable for society which happens during Hookah smoking. We can say bad health habit with Good values & impacts on people.
